Attire: Uniform is not required, but Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi's are welcome.
Enrollees should show up at least 15 min prior to class time with athletic wear, i.e., shorts, yoga pants, or sweatpants and shirt w/ Sports Bra or Under Armor.
No Spectators -or- Children
Juvenille attendes may have 1 parent present
